Apps that allow sending message from HubSpot to users

Hello community,

I would like to ask if you might recommend any good apps that allow sending messages from HubSpot to end-users.

The main goal is for managers to be able to write to users in any chat that users have, and also use these features in workflow, where I can send messages in such messengers that users have. 

Please let me know if you have any reccomandations to share
