Unfortunately I missed the previous AMA session that was held on May 9th.
Now that Service Hub has been released perhaps your team should plan a follow-up AMA to garner initial feedback.
Ideally members of the Service Hub Product Marketing team and if possible an SE for any technical related issues should be in attendance.
Please make this happen.

Hey @The_Dude there are no plans at this time, but I have taken this feedback to the team.
Please know that every single post is being sent directly to the Product Team who are actively working to gather as much feedback as possible as they continue to build on Service Hub's features.
