My team spends way too much time sorting and organizing leads after every event. Even after importing them into our CRM, our folks struggle with knowing which ones are actually worth prioritizing. I am looking for tools that can not just integrate with CRM but also help us score leads, and also track how my leads engage with our collateral, etc... basically, offer real-time insight, if you will, at trade shows and conferences.

@KIyer79 You can use HubSpot's "Marketing Events" object to create offline trade shows and events and add attendees. Thus, you'll know the association between your contacts and trade shows. If you download HubSpot mobile app, you can scan business cards of trade shows attendees and they will go to HubSpot CRM automatically instead of adding them manually

Hey @KIyer79 - you could use event·hapily to associate contacts you meet at a trade show or conference to an event record and mark them as an 'event lead' using an association label. Reps at the event can fill out a single form that points to the event record for the conference so it's a single point of entry for leads you met at the show.
From there, you can kick use the event·hapily workflow action to then create a Lead in the Sales workspace and have your team follow up with that person after the show. Based on being marked as an 'event lead', you can update the Lead Score, priority, etc.
You can embed reports onto the event record to show how many leads were captured and which rep captured the interaction. So long as these are single object reports, like the registrant object, you can embed these reports right onto the event record to show stats for this event.
