Alert Flag within Company record

Hi!  I'm new to HubSpot and we are testing how to create an alert on a company record that can be visible from any inbound activity. The alert will be to flag when an exisiting customer needs action E.g "pass to accounts overdue payments".  Is there any way we can make a Red flag that is easily visible for staff?

Hi @Mattw123,

HubSpot doesn't have a feature exactly like what you're looking for. However, there are other tools that can help solve your query.

Generally, your best option would be a pinned note which will stay at the top of the company record. This would be purely cosmetic/informational.

If you want to make sure that contacts from companies with a certain flag do not enroll in workflows then you could either work with suppression lists (that match the flag) or unenrollment triggers, explained here.

Another option would be custom properties for certain flags. HubSpot shows a set of default properties in the left sidebar of company records. You could create custom ones and customize your company record sidebar to feature them. You can find a tutorial for that here.
