Adding reseller contact to multiple tickets, but stop emails from getting logged to every ticket?

SOLVE

What's the best practice for this? We use tickets for fulfillment of orders. Many of our orders go through our resellers. If we add the reseller contact to the deal and/or ticket, then any emails back/forth get logged to every deal and/or ticket they're associated with. How do we include the reseller on automated workflow emails, without them getting logged to everything?

Hi @Suzie-Mamava,

Well this is the expected behaviour and I don't see any other way around except creating a custom object 're-seller', where you can associate that re-sellar with the deal or ticket accoding to your need, but the mails won't get logged automatically. But these custom objects we get only in enterprise subscription.

Hope this helps!
