We have several businesess that have more than 1 location but we only want to send 1 quote but have all the locations on the quote. We thought we had a work around by adding the other locations as "products" but the issue we ran into is that is shows a quanity as well as a dollar amount next to the companines address, even if you put a zero in. Does anyone have any advice on how to address this? I know we cannot be the only company that wants to send a multi-location quote out verses sending 10 individual quotes.
We have an quote automation app for HubSpot called Portant. It it will give you more control over how the quote looks because you can design your template in Google Docs or Slides. You can chose to exclude or include as much information as you like form the line items (or any other connected object) I made a short 60s video about it here:
I've been pondering this for a bit, and I think the biggest challenge is that there is no way currently in HubSpot CPQ to assign line items to a location, or indeed to assign multiple physical addresses to a single deal, let alone quote. (Of course you can add multiple address properties to a quote, but that has limitaitons.)
I've seen this done in other CRM's using a Custom Object called "Location(s)" which are, in turn, associated to the line items and applied to the deal by line item. At the moment, there is no way to associate line items to custom objects in HubSpot, so even if the quote object allowed you to customize the presentation (like James' app), I'm not sure there is a scalable way to sort and subtotal line items by location in HubSpot CPQ today. Best case, you could have a deal with line items for each location, and then use some sort of custom tool to aggregate all of the deals and produce the master quote that Pam mentions.
If you're going to get this done with automation, I believe it is going to require either a marketplace app or custom code, with the latter requiring a OpsHub Professional subscription and developer support. Wish I had better options for you.

Hey @BHopkins78, thank you for posting in our Community!
You can create a master quote that includes all the locations as line items, but adjust the quantity to represent each location rather than the number of products. Then, ensure that the pricing is accurate for each location. To our top experts @trevordjones, @MuseDebbiedo you have any recommendation for@BHopkins78?
