Adding in unsubscribe option on transactional emails

Does anyone know if you can add in the Unsubscribe and Manage Preferences to the footer of transactional emails?  When I set up a transactional email it tells me that you do not have to include this on a transactional email but I want to include it.

You can simply create these unsubscribe links by adding a link and choosing "Email subscription link":
