We have a customer that is in the home renting space.
He works with third party providers. He are looking to use Service Hub to manage communications with customers. However, they need to involve the partner in these threads. As far as I understand there is no way of adding an automatic "cc" or automatically forwarding emails in Hubspot. Am I wrong?
Anyone had a similar situation? Or used any workaround?
