My client's SEO audit revealed that our knowledge base's home or categories page (basically, the very first page when it's opened) doesn't have a H1 title, and I don't have any idea how to add one since the template is not editable and I cannot add any modules or additional headers (for example, above the categories boxes.
Does anyone have an idea how this can be solved?
For a reference, here is the link to the page I'm talking about.
If anyone has any thoughts or ideas on this matter, I will appreciate it greatly as I'm running out of ideas how to solve this issue 😕
Hello @MKottise, thanks for bringing this question to the community ! HTML heading level for the home page is usually defined by the KB theme/template and can only be changed in the theme code. Editing the KB's header HTML might help you in this instance. I would also like to reach out to some Top SEO Experts form the Community to help, @ChrisoKlepke@Crystal_Hopper@ChristinaKay do you have any additional recommendations on how @MKottise can edit the H1 title in the KB home page above to improve SEO ?
