I was wondering if maybe some of you had some best practice or a way to go around an issue that we are currently having:
We have a custom behavioral event that is triggered when a customer makes a booking with us. I want to send a booking confirmation email with the Booking number, but that number is only available on a property in the custom behavioral event, which can't be embedded in the email.
I tried copying the property value to a contact-based property, but workflows do not allow to trigger an automation based on custom behavoural events.
@GFernandez34 I do not think this is currently possible as this is tied in through an integration, likely through the API.
If you have a develpoment team that set up the custom behavioral event, it wouldn't be too heavy of a lift to have a contact property get updated via the API which would allow you to pull it in as a token in an email.
Hope that helps, let me know if you have any questions.
