New adopter of Hubspot for a non-profit. Any advice is welcome. So, we are a school organization collecting information from parents for a mailing list, parental interests etc.
So, if we were getting people to sign up, I could ask them to say what school year their child was in. However, they may have several children. How do I handle that within contacts? I need some form of "Add another" functionality.
I assume you'll only be sending emails to the parents. If so you could create a series of custom contact properties to use to collect this information and have it auto filled in by the parents submitting the form:
Child 1 Name
Child 1 Grade
Child 2 Name
Child 2 Grade
Child 3 Name
Child 3 Grade
Would creating properties like this work for you in this instance?

Thanks! Generally "yes". It's just not quite as sweet as having an "Add Another" button 🙂 . However, thinking logically I can probably do that at a Form level with the right integration.
