Active list of contacts based on active list of companies

Hi,

for anyone who would have an active list of contact, based on an active list of companies.

the issue i solved:

list of all employees, where the company reached Had 1st meeting stage and following.

Requirement:

1 new properties

1 workflow

2 active lists

Steps:

1. Create Company property (logical,(yes, No)) i.e. Company_deal_stage_1st+
2. Create a workflow with Branch for setting values
1. If requirements are met - logical value Yes
2. If requirements are missed - logical value No
   
   
3. Create a list of all companies with known stages of a deal - it is needed for workflow initialization
4. Run workflow manually on created list above
5. Create a list of contacts with a filter on Company_deal_stage_1st+ = Yes

This process saved a lot of my time.
