Account Plans

We have scheduled activities for our clients such as quarterly business reviews, areas in the organization that we want to nurture specific relationships. Our customers are tiered according to their revenue size when a Sales deal moves to closed-won. Once the company receives a tier, we have standard account plans that need to be executed on the account such as "Check-in 30 Day" and "Onboarding Call" with the correct due dates.

 

What is the best way to track and manage account plans?
