Account Management Upsell Pipeline - Best Practices?
We are trying to get clients to use more of our functionality.
We want to be able to create upsell opportunities to track and manage the products we want to sell our clients into next.
Our vivid vision is that we will have a goal for the quarter of $2 million in upsell revenue. We want the Account Management team to create opportunities to track their progress on upselling our existing clients. Then obviously we would want a dashboard to track and measure our progress in real-time.
What are the best practices for creating an upsell pipeline? I am open to any model. This was just my initial idea.
