About features by plan

SOLVE

Hello
I am a beginner・

I would like to ask you two questions.
We are currently considering the introduction of HubSpot/Marketing Hub's "Starter plan".

1.Can Marketing Hub manage leads (contacts)?
Will the CRM function be a separate plan?

2.Is it possible to obtain contact information using API in this service?

I would be happy to hear from you.

Thank you.

1. The fact you mention leads(contacts) has me questioning if you come from a Salesforce background. In the Hubspot world, Leads and Contacts are all just considered Hubspot Contacts. For Marketing plans anyone who you plan to email will be counted as a Marketing Contact and that is what you will be billed against in addition to the core platform, but the CRM is more or less free.

2. Yes, there are API requests included. To see exactly what is included look at this: https://developers.hubspot.com/apisbytier

Also if you have more specific questions, depending on how you are thinking about your implementation, you might want to engage with Hubspot sales and/or a Hubspot partner to talk through your implementation. As this is a user-to-user forum many of us can help as there are partners here or people who freelance like myself, but for sales specific questions, you would need to reach out to hubspot directly.

Hi - the HubSpot CRM is included in all the plans. You get an unlimited number of contacts but a limited number of marketing contacts (people you can email)
