About This Deal is no longer showing

Noticed today that "About This Deal" is no longer showing in the Deal View. Is this something that has happened to anyone in the past? How do I fix this? Or is this a glitch?

This is a default section that is very hard - if not impossible - to get rid off, depending on what user rights and BETA features you have.
