Hello,

I'm trying to add an AI Chatbot as shows in this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y12uwgcXDyE

However, I can't see "AI Chatbot" under the Automation menu.

Is it limited to paid plans? In the video, it seems as an option for the free plan.

Hey @Sidharta and @TomM2, thanks for your patience as I was checking on this for you!

For that, you'll need to go to "Breeze", then "Overview" (see screenshot below).



Then, under "Customer agent Beta", you'll need to click on "Set up", then you'll be able to "Join the Beta".

After completing these steps, you should see it in the menu!

This is what I'm missing in my view. I'm on the free plan, but it seems to be advertised as part of the free plan.
