使用箇所が0のセグメントを削除ができない

使用箇所が0のセットアップは削除できません。

削除の項目がグレーアウトしており、「この内部は他の場所で使用されているため、削除できません。」と表示されます。

アカウント権限はスーパー管理者であるため、権限不足が原因ではありません。

原因と対応策をご教示ください。

You should first find where the segment is used (perhaps in the email or a workflow) and then remove it from there before deleting the segment. It must not be used anywhere before you can delete this segment.

It's easy to do if you locate a Segment Property "Used in (Count)" and click on the number in the segment column view.
