Q: Can Hubspot manage a file this large?
If not, is there a way you might go about runnning a workshop that would require the participants to download a virtual machine??

Virtual Machine files are typically multi-gigabyte files, so ...

No.
That being said, how you go about delivering that file is totally outside of the HubSpot ecosystem, so the options are virtually limitless -- e.g., link to a public folder on Dropbox, Google Drive, an FTP server, whatever. Whatever your decision, HubSpot would simply be the messenger (of the link) ... and not technically part of the delivery.
