Hi @HostSailor,

 

My apologies for being unclear. I meant the HubSpot email address that you contacted about your billing issue. You would have to email billing@hubspot.com.

 

(I do not work for HubSpot.)

Which email address did you use to contact HubSpot about your billing issue? For billing-related questions, you can contact billing@hubspot.com.
