I am running into a problem when a new unassigned email conversation comes in. The in-app notification contains way too much detail. I have seen quite a few notifications that are 3-4 screens long, making the notifications panel all but useless. It's impossible to see the new notifications that come in because it can scroll for dozens of screens in length wiht only a handful of new notifications. Is there a way to limit how long the detail portion is, or better yet, just include the notification without the actual ticket detail?
I think the issue is that you are including the entire email body in the notification. In some cases, this body is quite lengthy, and it is even worse when it is an html formatted message. If you could limit the body text to the first 100 characters, or maybe the first 3 lines (as displayed in the notification including word wrap), it would be perfect. If you can't limit the length of the email body, eliminate it entirely.

I am looking at one right now that has a body nearly 3000 characters in length. The notification for it scrolls vertically almost 6 screens in height. The email subject line would be more appropriate instead of the body for new tickets. Replies to email conversations cut off at 5 rows in length, maybe you can change all notifications to have this same length limit.
