ticket inbound email attachment vanished

Hi, there, 

 

we have paid marketing, sales and service features, email inbound and outbound works fine for our support email address.

 

Today just noticed that for the inbound email with attachment, new ticket is created, but the email attachment I cannot find it from anywhere, not from ticekt-attachment, not from contact-attachment either,

 

Could someone guide me how can I find the inbound email attachment?
