SOLVE

Hey i am new to Hubspot and trying to lern how to use it.
I have connected our team email inbox by setting up a forwarding. Unfortunately, however, this does not work and I do not get the mails in Hubspot. I have contacted the support but they could not help me. How can I solve this?

Here are some matters you may attempt to get your crew e-mail inbox running with HubSpot:

1. Double-test that you have set up email forwarding successfully on your e-mail issuer. Make sure the forwarding address fits the one furnished in HubSpot and that forwarding is enabled.
