I have set up the chat flow for our website, but I am encountering an issue in assigning notifications to an email. Both my HubSpot account and the other account that i want to recieve the chat notification in gmail inbox are part of the same HubSpot workspace, which includes two members: myself and the support account.
Currently, I created the chat flow using my user account, but I am unable to configure it so that chat notifications are sent directly to the Gmail inbox of the support account. Additionally, when we log into HubSpot using the support account, we have to switch accounts to access the chat section which i developed with my own, which further complicates management.
Could you provide guidance on how we can correctly configure the notifications?

To ensure chat notifications go to the Gmail inbox of the support account, check the notification settings in the chat flow under Settings > Inbox > Chat, and add the support email as a recipient. Make sure both accounts belong to the same HubSpot portal and have appropriate permissions. If you’re still having trouble, let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist further.
