integration with Facebook messenger

why hubspot doesn't appear all conversation from facebook page?

I have a similar problem 
So I want to connect my facebook messenger to recieve and manage all my messages I get a lot and many are business related 
however it wants me to choose an associated page (i have a few but NONE of them get messages) and it is nice that hubspot can set up a chat channel for that 

BUT what I really want is to manage my own messages.

How do I integrate that?

Hi @AAssad hope you are doing well.

In HubSpot's inbox you can see the complete conversation with the contact.

HubSpot can only show conversations that has happend since both tools were connected, not previous ones.

i know that, and I see most of them in inbux, but there are some conversations that do not appear and I do not know the reason ,HubSpot ignores some conversations

Have you checked in the filtered folder?

Some conversations believed to be spam or bots get filtered there, like in spam.

I searched a lot for the spam option but I could not find it ,can you tell me where i can find it?
