is there any incident which prevents to create new propierties for a company?

Hi @pmorenoe,

 

Yes, two main reasons:

  • Lack of permissions (specifically "Edit properties")
  • Hit property limit (limit of 10 across objects in the free CRM)

@pmorenoe either someone changed your permissions or - if you're the only person in your portal or an admin - you hit the limit of 10 properties. How many properties have you created so far in your system?

@pmorenoe what makes you think you were banned? Can you please share a screenshot?

 

HubSpot has a limit of 10 custom properties on the free CRM.

If you have created 10 properties before, you have hit the limit.

Once you hit the limit, you cannot create more.

You need to upgrade to a paid subscription to create more properties.

But I was creating several properties and suddenly the system sopped allowing me to create any more.
Which could be the reason of such behaviour?
