inbox linked to tickets creates tickets for meeting invites

SOLVE

We have a shared inbox for our CS team that we copy on all client meetings to allow tracking of our meetings for the entire team.  However, that means that the linked inbox creates a ticket for each meeting invite.  Is there a way to filter the ticket creation so that meeting invites don't get added as tickets?

Hi @Jreich,

Adding the sender address to the deny list will move these emails into the inbox spam folder and stop ticket creation: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/manage-your-inbox-s-allow-and-deny-list

Besides this, there aren't any other option that would stop creation. If the deny list doesn't work, you could consider a workflow that picks up these tickets (e.g. by name) and deletes them.
