I wanted some help regarding the issue I am facing with the form submission. Basically a week ago the form submission column used to be available for all the sales users, but suddenly it started showing as a red exclamation mark on the column for all the sales user. but the admin can still see it normally. the user access for the sales person should be to only have access to their contacts and no one else. they shouldn't be able to delete their numbers, they should be able to assign their leads to anyone. they should have access to their leads, be able to write notes, be able to see previous notes, and be able to create reminders or todo in case they want to follow up with important clients
I'm not sure I'm following entirely. Can you please share a screenshot of this red exclamation mark? Which column are you referring to?
Is this a question about forms access or permissions? The first part of your question reads like a form access issue, the second like permissions for contact records.

@jusur what exactly is that column that should be showing here? Can you share a screenshot of what someone sees for whom it is working correctly? Not the values, just the column header. What exactly does it say?

If it doesn't, that seems to be a bug which I'd recommend flagging with HubSpot support directly in-app via chat or email, by clicking the question mark icon in the top menu.

This is how it shows for all the agents. But like mntioned it shows normally for the admin. Therefore i am thinking it might be a permission issue, we have tried to fix it by toggeling the forms ON in the permission page for the agent but it didn't solve anything.
