chatbot on a sub domain

Hello, is it possible to create a chatbot for a subdomain ?.

We have a client that would need specific support on a platform we made for them. The adress is someling like client.datakeen.com.

I tried to set it up but the chatflow would not appear in this website?

Whereas the chatflow for lead gen on our main website is fine and appears with no problem.

Hey @DOuriachi, thanks for reaching out!

As long as you have the HubSpot tracking code installed on the page, you should be able to display the chatbot.

You probably know this already, but you also need to configure the URLs where you want the chatbot to display (more information in this HubSpot Knowledge Base article:

Hi there Jacob! I'm trying to do the same thing detailed in this post - I only want my chatflow to display on a subdomain. The tracking code is installed and I've set the subdomain as the target, but it is still showing across all pages of the main site. Any ideas?
