changing the email domain

Hi guys

If I change my email from tanja.bruecker@eveni.TO --> to tanja.bruecker@evenito.COM it hubspot does not recognize the new domain... when I try to send emails from my new domain with "com" it does not work. Can anyone help me pls?

Hi @tanjabruecker,

 

Have you connected your new email address to your portal, and added your new email address as a user in the portal? 

 

If you are still stuck after following those steps, can you please share where in the tool you are getting stuck? The more screenshots, detail and information you can provide, the better the Community can assist!
