change ticket contact

I have hubspot tickets being automatically created by email from our computer monitoring system. So the tickets are created associated with the From email address, which is the contact of the monitoring system: firstname.lastname@example.org, for example. So the first thing I want to do is change the ticket contact to be the real client contact that the alert is regarding.
I can see no way to do this. Any help would be appreciated. I tried to chat with support, but in 4 different browsers the chat window blocks my typing with a stop circle/bar icon.
