Is it possible to send the person that submits a ticket a confirmation that their ticket has been received? Our old ticketing system sent an autoresponse with a ticket number so users knew we had received their ticket. Is there a way to do this in Leer más

We want to have a dollar amount associated with our tickets so we can see the amount lost in our retention tickets and be able to track quoting more efficiently. Is it possible to have this feature in the service hub?
