I Purchased Starter Plan on March 15th and NONE of the features are enabled... Its showing up and paid under Account and billings but my whole profile is still in free version mode. NO features. What is going on?

I think IM learning I THOUGHT I had bought the suit but got the Marketing.. I am working to talk to sales and get it switched. SO confusing.

Hello, Under GDPR (and other data protection laws), we're required to delete customer data once the purpose for recording it has been fulfilled. I assume that all companies using Hubspot have this requirement to delete data after x years. We're Leer más

Is there a way to link the comments from the inbox conversation to the associated service ticket notes? Leaving an internal note or comment in one currently does not add a note or comment in the other.
