We have gone through and checked with IT provider to ensure that the inbound spam filtering system is not blocking said emails. We have requested a password reset for accounts and not seen the email come in, as well as set up brand new accounts and Leia mais

A support person confirmed my document attachments to emails (single email sends, not lists) are ok. I send through the Hubspot gmail plugin. but every so often my senders get this.
