Hey @ssingh771 looks like there's custom styling in your child.css stylesheet setting the legal consent checkboxes to not display:

When the HubSpot live chat pops up, it forces the user's cursor to drop into the chat input. So if a user is currently typing in a search input when live chat appears, they are unkowningly switched to typing inside of the chat bot. Super frustrating Lire la suite

@MPenn6 Perhaps, it's a bug. Did you try to re-install the chat (turn off and turn on or simply add a new one)?

Hi, I was looking for a feature that enables me to create a personalized welcome message in hubspot live chat. For eg: "Hi Kevin, how can I help you today" when the user logs into my external platform. How to achieve it.

When merging 2 tickets, the resulting ticket gets a new ticket ID. Our issue is that the previous ticket IDs are not searchable in any way. Customers will typically receive an email with the ticket ID via pipeline automation, and it is problematic Lire la suite

To create better, and more useful tickets in hubspots ticketing system. A Date+Time+Timezone picker would be useful for many different ticket types as a ticket property. Date Picker alone is very vague.
