Hey @ssingh771 looks like there's custom styling in your child.css stylesheet setting the legal consent checkboxes to not display:

When the HubSpot live chat pops up, it forces the user's cursor to drop into the chat input. So if a user is currently typing in a search input when live chat appears, they are unkowningly switched to typing inside of the chat bot. Super frustrating read more

@MPenn6 Perhaps, it's a bug. Did you try to re-install the chat (turn off and turn on or simply add a new one)?
