@esargiacomo3 if the email reply is visible in HubSpot but not Gmail, it's possible that Google has blocked it from appearing in your inbox. ...Lire la suite

Hi @HRich I believe this is correct, I don't think you can connect an alias - it would have to be configured as a group email.
