When the HubSpot live chat pops up, it forces the user's cursor to drop into the chat input. So if a user is currently typing in a search input when live chat appears, they are unkowningly switched to typing inside of the chat bot. Super frustrating Leia mais

@MPenn6 Perhaps, it's a bug. Did you try to re-install the chat (turn off and turn on or simply add a new one)?

Intercom has a feature in their chatflow builder that sends an automated response to a user only after they've typed a question. I don't see the ability to do that in hubspot chatflows, is there anyway to make this happen?
