When the HubSpot live chat pops up, it forces the user's cursor to drop into the chat input. So if a user is currently typing in a search input when live chat appears, they are unkowningly switched to typing inside of the chat bot. Super frustrating Beitrag ansehen
Intercom has a feature in their chatflow builder that sends an automated response to a user only after they've typed a question. I don't see the ability to do that in hubspot chatflows, is there anyway to make this happen?
