If you select a group of 50 tasks to start dialing, after the first contact, each following call gets registered onto the first contact. It's not working correctly. Essentially in my daily call report, it could show I called 50 people, but all calls will say I called the one contact 50 times. There has been no fix to this
As I mentioned earlier in your previous thread (Zoom Dialer Issue), this seems to be a known limitation of the Zoom Dialer + HubSpot integration.
Specifically, during batch dialing, the Zoom dialer sometimes fails to properly associate each call with the correct contact or task. As a result, all calls in the sequence may get logged under the first contact, which leads to incorrect reporting and activity history, not ideal for your daily call tracking.
Since this appears to be a backend limitation, I’d recommend contacting HubSpot Support or Zoom Support; they may be able to escalate the issue further and provide a more permanent workaround.
