Workflow to Update the Name of a Ticket from the Customer Agent

Hi there!

 

We've recently started testing the Customer Agent and having tickets come through. An issue I foresee is that the ticket name comes in as something like "Ticket#98982093823".

 

Is there a workflow that could update this name to provide a better summary for the ticket purpose? For example it could include the first name of the customer that submitted it and then an inuitive summary based on the ticket. It's from the Customer Agent so I would have thought AI could help with this. Something like "{{First Name}} | Subscription not Updating"
