Workflow Automatically change ticket status when an email is sent

SOLVE

We need a ticket that has a certain status to never change status when an email is sent to a customer.

 

The workflow attached to the ticket email status settings cannot be edited, so cloning seems to be the best option.

 

However, the 'Last email date' property that is used as a re-enrollment trigger doesn't appear in the cloned version and can't be added? Is there a workaround for this?

I can't even find 'Last Email Date' to add the trigger

You're perfectly right. When cloning the default workflow, HubSpot removes this property - for a reason that eludes me. It doesn't make sense.

 

I never took the time to escalate this but you could submit a request to the product team in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas
