When replying to tickets created by form, a new Conversation is created

We've noticed that when replying to Tickets that were created via form submission, a new Conversation is created, and the replies do not associate correctly with the initial Conversation. 

 

In working with Hubspot support, we were able to determine that when using the Email button in the upper left of the Ticket view, this causes an issue with associating the reply with the correct Conversation in the Inbox view. 

The problem is that when following up on a ticket submitted via Form, there is no other option in the Ticket view than to choose the Email button in the upper left -- this idea here mentions that the Ticket details are not shown in the body of the ticket: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Form-submissions-that-create-tickets-fails-to-show-th...

It would be nice, if in addition to getting the form details to show in the body of the ticket, to have a Reply option so that future communication is all associated with the same ticket/conversation/contact details.

This causes us to have to work out of both Conversations and the Ticket view, and makes it hard to track down interactions in the Company/Contact view.
