WhatsApp Integration Automated Workflow

Hello, I have WhatsApp integrated into my account and we are advertising with WhatsApp via Meta. The conversations come through Hubspot's Inbox however they come in as "Unnknown Visitors" as they are not contacts yet. I want to create an automation to send a reply template when a user sends us a message, especially when we are away or closed. Is there any way to do this without using a third party app? 

 

I have tried to set up the workflow so far but nothing seems to work since they are not contacts in the system.

Hey @ESarduy as I understand, you want to automate sending replies to people who have contacted you via Whatsapp. It is possible to do this if you have A WhatsApp Business Account and a ready template (a pre-defined message that you must first create in your WhatsApp Business account).

 

You can then customize and use the template in HubSpot to connect with your audience once they've opted in to receive WhatsApp messages from your business. Learn more about creating WhatsApp message templates by logging into your Facebook account and check out this article in Meta's Business Help Center.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I have templates ready however it doesn't seem to let me automate it since they are not yet contacts when they reach out. Is there a workaround for this?
