What to do with email: Actie vereist: verwijder primaire HubSpot-(systeem-)domeinen

Hi, Can someone tell me what I need to do with the following email:

Remove primary HubSpot (system) domains by Feb 22, 2024

The 3 account administrators of our free hubspot account have received the following email. Through the explanation in this communitie:

"Select Website > Domains & URLs in the left sidebar menu, check for email domain, click edit, and disconnect."

I cannot find a linked domain, so I have no idea how to interpret this email and what actions I should take to ensure that no changes are made/things are deleted within our existing free account. The changes made in our free trial can be deleted. We will not continue with this paid hub function.

I'm not seeing a domain that looks like you connected it yourself. Do your screenshots include the system domains that need to be enabled per the advanced settings, as described in my first reply?

Hi Karsten, 

This is all I see when I follow your instructions. There is nothing more in the screen than my screen shots. Are you able to read out why the Email was send to us? From which domein connection it took it's information to send the email? In my idea we have changed ourselves in this setting (partly because I have no clou to what settings I am looking at). Hope you can help me, it's because of the email I start worrying about the settings and what might be deleted. Regards, Britt

Hi @Wildwoozt,

When you scroll down that settings page (Settings > Website > Domains & URLs), make sure to scroll to the very bottom, expand the 'Advanced settings' and then display the system domains:

Now the email you got should start making sense 🙂

Hi Karsten, 

Thank you for the quick response. How can I see in those domains which ones are connected to the free trial one and which ones I already had installed before we went for a free trial? I need to know which to disconnect regarding the email. Hope to hear from you. Regards, Britt

You haven't shared enough context for me to say yet. Which free trial did you have? Which domains are currently listed, can you share a screenshot?

Those are the listed domains I think. We only have free Hubspot right now. I think we had the Sales hub trial, the one where you can automate and schedule emailing etc. Hope I'm explaining it correct. Thanks in advance!
