Using tickets as service Locations

Hello! 
I'm reaching out on behalf on a disaster relief organization. We have a contact form on our website that the people we help use to request assistance. We respond to houses that have been damaged. I'm wondering if it's possible to have a map embedded on the ticket somewhere so our team can run a dispatch of sorts. Is this something a third party app can provide? Looking of where to start.

HubSpot doesn't have default map functionalities but there are integration partners which offer map services:
