Using Scheduler to set up scheduled call times

I am looking to set up 15 min call time slots for specific days and times each week. Once a spot is claimed, it needs to show as unavailable. Is it possible to do this just through Hubspot? So that when a call is scheduled it also shows up automatically on my Google Calendar? Ideally, if a call time is marked as unavailable on Google Calendar, it should not show as available on Hubspot. Thanks in advance!

You'll need to integrate your Gmail calendar. Other than that, there is no 'call scheduling' built into HubSpot.

 

If HubSpot Meetings doesn't work for you, maybe try one of HubSpot's many call integration apps -- see The 26 Best Calling Apps For HubSpot
