Users unable to add comment or send email
I have this issue too... in our developer app account and developer test instance under it - nobody but the original creator to their original contact email can send out mail with the conversations feature and it's crippling our testing for app and API work we're attempting. I'm assuming it's only the owner of the inbox? Everyone is a super admin! The inbox access is set to Anyone...
Do all users have the same HubSpot user permissions? Those can get tricky sometimes, and a single switch can prevent a user from being able to perform certain HubSpot actions.
Here is the HubSpot user permissions guide — make sure that all of your users have the proper access levels (and definitely reference the permissions of the user who is able to successfully add comments/send emails).
Thanks for the suggestion. I thought this may be the case but I have one user that I elevated to Super Admin and still has the same issue. He is able to comment and send email from a different machine though. Both using Windows 10 and Chrome browser.
