I am looking to create a profile for a third party to access some of our support tickets. I can reduce their access to all other records, but I only want them to be able to see Tickets that are at a certain stage in our Pipeline. Is this possible?
I would approach this by setting setting the ticket access of these users to team-only and then using a workflow that assigns or rotates these tickets among the users of this team – but only once tickets enter pipeline stage you mentioned.
I don't think there's another way that would let you specify permissions directly for a pipeline stage, it would have to be via ticket ownership.
