Today there was a change in the layout of the conversations, where all the interactions are on the left side.
Previously the interactions of the agents were left and the clients were to the right, is there any possibility of configuration for the old model?

I apologize for the delay response, I was checking with the team this was changed because is a single way to view a conversation from any channel.
At the moment, it won't be possible to revert to the old view. I will pass along your feedback to the team.
